Allen will help you plan your retreat objectives and agenda, facilitate the retreat, and capture the key initiatives in an action plan.

Organize pre-planning sessions to identify key problems and best approaches and materials to maximize board engagement during retreat
Discuss and develop resolutions for key issues, making relevant decisions when possible
Capture all newly identified and reoccurring issues, and build into future board meeting agendas to ensure post-retreat attention
